81 Two Bridges Road was a  property whose owner was not having success leasing the space and was looking  for an exit strategy.  The propeble with the property was that there were two buildings and one was multi-tenanted and the other had been a single user.

The property was offered to diverse family whose business interest were varied.  The father of the family, an
investor, bought the property and later added a company owned by his son that leased all of the remaining space in the empty building stabalizing the investment.
