The Waterfront Montessori School was growing and it's president was looking for a location in which to expand the school.  The requirement was to find space along the Jersey City waterfront.  Unfortunately, much of the market for first floor space was developed for retail clients and was very expensive.  However, due to the extensive network of Rivermayn Realty Advisors, a solution was developed that not only met the needs of Waterfront Montessori School, but it also created an opportunity for the Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Hudson County.

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Hudson County (BGCHC) once leased space to the now defunct Charter School, and was in need of a tenant.  A deal was negotiated that enabled the Waterfront Montessori School to take utilize the 11,000 sq. ft. of classroom space for its expansion.  The classroom space, access to a gymnasium and involvement in cooperative programs made this deal a  success for both BGCHC and Waterfront Montessori.
