Mr. Ranalli has spent more than 25 years in the real estate industry working in Brokerage for such firms as
Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CBRE) and Grubb & Ellis Company, and he has extensive
experience in the areas of Development and Consulting.
Mr. Ranalli has marketed, leased and sold over 3 million square feet
of office, industrial and retail space including a number of sites for residential and marina/retail use.
While consultanting, he has helped manage the development plan for over 1,000 residential units
and over a million square feet of commercial space.
While at Coldwell Banker, Rich started out in the office leasing group. During his tenure
at CB, Rich worked with such landlords and tenants as the Recruit Companies, Morris Companies, Hartz Mountain,
Guggenheim International, Pechiney, Great American Party Stores, Schur Industries, and
Mountain Development
While at Galesi Realty as a Sr. Vice President, he worked with several firms,including
Khubani Enterprises, Telebrands, and the Rizzo Properties Group. He also participated in a
venture in providing financing for commercial lending for Banc One.
While V.P. at Grubb & Ellis Company, Rich worked with landlords and tenants including Lifestyle Health Centers,
Colgate Palmolive/Sugar House, the Berger Organization and Lou Mont, Lowes Corporation, Lowell Harwood,
Port Authority, Mellon Bank, The Kushnir Companies, Cathartes Investments,
and served in an advisory role for Riverside Tax Liens.
As part of development and consulting, he has worked with the developer of marina’s,
residential and commercial land with such firms as Dimeling, Schreiber and Park, Cathartes Investments,
and Silver Oak Properties.
During Mr. Ranalli’s time building NJR Group, he worked with such properties
and tenets as The Trump Tower, Skylark on the Hudson, The Lefrak Organization, Metro Companies,
Waterfront Montessori, Boys and Girls Club of Hudson County, St Aloysius Church, and the Arch Diocese of Newark.
