The Sugar House

Jersey City, NJ

The Sugar house as it was known by the company that originally owned it, Colgate Palmolive, was an empty warehouse that had been de-commissioned by the company for years.  With 105,000 sq. ft. of space and panoramic views of the Hudson, it was recognized by Mr. Ranalli as a great redevelopment opportunity for residential loft space.  As a brokerage transaction, the buyers of Lou Mont and Larry Berger bought the warehouse and created the property in the picture you see today.
