Skylark - on the Hudson Restaurant .......For many years The Lefrak Organization wanted a "Diner" on the Newport Campus.  After becoming aware of the ultimate closing of Surf City Grill, the Skylark Diner operators were brought to Jersey City at a location that they thought was at the corner of "Main and Main".

After major renovations the new "Skylark on the Hudson" was open.
